MISSION

The California Concerned Parents Coalition is committed to advocating for a fair, ethical, and transparent family court system that prioritizes the best interests of children and the rights of parents. Our mission is to hold judges, attorneys, and court personnel accountable for procedural integrity, eliminate delays and unethical practices, and ensure that every family has access to timely and impartial justice. We strive to empower parents through advocacy, education, and community engagement, while driving legislative reforms that promote equitable outcomes for families across the state.

VISION

We envision a California where families in the Family Court System as well as Child Welfare Services are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. In this future, judicial accountability is upheld, procedural errors are rare and swiftly corrected, and children’s well-being is prioritized above all else. We see a family court system that is adequately staffed, well-resourced, and guided by ethical standards that prevent abuse of legal processes- along with adjacent Child Welfare Services employing trained and capable social workers to serve families in full capacity. Our coalition seeks to foster a community where parents can build secure, nurturing relationships with their children, free from the trauma of prolonged litigation and injustice.
